HealthyFoodAndWorkout

Hi,

I'm just quickly going to tell you what this blog is about because most of the people don't want to read this kind of stuff anyways.

This blog is about living healthy, eating healthy, working out and getting a great result by doing this.

I am a 20 year old girl who is 1m76cm (5.71 Feet or 68.52 Inch)
My weight now is 63 Kg (138.89 Lbs).
And this makes a BMI of 20,34.
For me it is not about losing weight anymore since I have already lost 10 kg (22.05 lbs).
I'm not going to tell you how I've lost this much weight because I did it completely wrong, wrong, wrong!
I had to go to a specialist to eat healthy again because starving yourself won't get you where you want to be.
This experience made me think about what healthy really is so I went back to school and now I am studying to be a weight-loss-consulent .
I am planning on posting pictures on my blog of what I want to look like, as an inspiration.
Please do not misunderstand this blog for being a pro ana / pro mia or pro anything site.
I am just blogging about eating healthy and working out to get the body you want.

I do not have an email address yet but it might come and I will let you know when it does.
