Did you know that:
-Watermelon is not as good as you think. It makes you gain weight easily. Don't let the "water"' out of the "watermelon" fool you!
- Fruit shakes are a bad way of eating your fruit, just chew them, this is so much better for your stomach then just swallowing everything at once.
-You have to keep pushing your body to be able to improve. For example, yesterday you did a 30 min workout. Today you could try and workout 35 minutes. Or you could just higher your workout level.
