Good Food For Your Muscles



  • Chicken
  • Banana
  • Eggs 
  • Fish (Salmon)
  • Tofu
  • Beans 
  • Yoghurt
  • Nuts and seeds (Pumpkin, Squash, and Watermelon Seeds, Peanuts, Almonds)
  • Brown rice 

These are all types of food that have a high protein level. Remember, in order to get a great body you have to work out ! 

Did you know that from eating food with a high level of protein you will have the feeling you ate enough earlier then from types of food with a low level of protein?
