Did You Know This?

Did you know that:

-Watermelon is not as good as you think. It makes you gain weight easily. Don't let the "water"' out of the "watermelon" fool you!

- Fruit shakes are a bad way of eating your fruit, just chew them, this is so much better for your stomach then just swallowing everything at once.

-You have to keep pushing your body to be able to improve. For example, yesterday you did a 30 min workout. Today you could try and workout 35 minutes. Or you could just higher your workout level.

Good And Healthy Snacks

Are you sometimes hungry in between meals? Yeah.. join the club!
These are some healthy tips.

The following pictures are some healthy and pro-diet snacks.

Jup, some simple carrots can do the trick, cut them in pieces and take them with you to work, school etc.
Not only are carrots low on calories, they also give you a great vitamin boost!
Different kind of nuts or seeds are good for you to!
Plus they have a high level of protein (=good for your muscles!)
And another plus on this delicious snack: they stop the "hungry" feeling very fast.
Vegetable soup.
Prefer  the green kinds of vegetables when you make soup.
They have a high level of vitamins and protein.
Try to make this soup as low fat as possible and you can drink it any time a day. 
Cherry tomatoes
There really is no limit when it comes to vegetables !
Easy to bring to school or work,...

Now ladies, before you jump to the conclusion that you always knew chocolate was good for you: read this first!
This is dark chocolate with over 70% of cacao!
Anything below 70%  is not as healthy as this.
This dark chocolate is low fat and some doctors actually say 1 piece a day is really good for you!

Good Food For Your Muscles



  • Chicken

  • Fish (Salmon)
  • Tofu
  • Beans 
  • Yoghurt
  • Nuts and seeds (Pumpkin, Squash, and Watermelon Seeds, Peanuts, Almonds)
  • Brown rice 

These are all types of food that have a high protein level. Remember, in order to get a great body you have to work out ! 

Did you know that from eating food with a high level of protein you will have the feeling you ate enough earlier then from types of food with a low level of protein?

Great Workout Apps For Iphone

This is a golden tip, at least that is what I think.
I am going to give you some great apps to work out with.

If you type "Training" in the app store you will find these 5 apps.
 As you can see you can download them for free.
I love to work out with them because they give a great example of how you have to do the exercise.
You can manage the time yourself.
The first app is a mix of the 4 below.
The blue app is for the abs, the green one is for the ass, the red one is for the arms and the purple one is for your legs.

Hi,

I'm just quickly going to tell you what this blog is about because most of the people don't want to read this kind of stuff anyways.

This blog is about living healthy, eating healthy, working out and getting a great result by doing this.

I am a 20 year old girl who is 1m76cm (5.71 Feet or 68.52 Inch)
My weight now is 63 Kg (138.89 Lbs).
And this makes a BMI of 20,34.
For me it is not about losing weight anymore since I have already lost 10 kg (22.05 lbs).
I'm not going to tell you how I've lost this much weight because I did it completely wrong, wrong, wrong!
I had to go to a specialist to eat healthy again because starving yourself won't get you where you want to be.
This experience made me think about what healthy really is so I went back to school and now I am studying to be a weight-loss-consulent .
I am planning on posting pictures on my blog of what I want to look like, as an inspiration.
Please do not misunderstand this blog for being a pro ana / pro mia or pro anything site.
I am just blogging about eating healthy and working out to get the body you want.
